Considering that the workload of the republic's hospital network (level II), even taking into account the branches that have closed hospital activities, which were opened at the peak of the pandemic at non-medical sites is 34% today, it seems expedient to reduce it. Members of the Operational Headquarters decided that infected patients in need of hospitalization will be sent to one of five hospitals - on the basis of the RCH (Tiraspol), Slobodzeya, Bendery, Dubossary and Rybnitsa. Coronavirus hospitals operating within the walls of the Kamenka and Grigoriopol hospitals, as well as the capital's hospital for veterans and the Dnestrovskie Zori health-improving complex, are discontinuing this type of activity, returning to their previous functionality. The President emphasized at the same time that each of the closed branches should be fully prepared for prompt resumption if necessary, to work on the fight against coronavirus.
As for the hospitals of I and III levels: tomorrow there will be a videoconference between the leadership of the Ministry of Health and the chief doctors, during which a decision will be made on which facilities will continue to receive patients and which can be returned to work in the usual - pre-pandemic - mode. Vadim Krasnoselsky drew attention to the children's departments of the institutions of the network of infectious diseases hospitals, noting that young patients should undergo inpatient treatment and rehabilitation as close as possible to their place of residence - without unnecessary travel around the republic.
The cadet corps is ready to resume educational activities. There, the third stage of disinfection was carried out, which was necessary after the use of the republican cadet corps buildings as an infectious hospital for citizens with asymptomatic coronavirus disease. Delivery of new bed linen is expected by the end of the week. Personnel tests are in progress.
The President in the course of the meeting of the Operational Headquarters asked about progress in the supply of oxygen concentrators. The Minister of Health said that the medical equipment was purchased and delivered to Kiev. Now it is not possible to bring it to Pridnestrovie due to weather conditions.
Vadim Krasnoselsky was also interested in the effectiveness of COVID tests used in Pridnestrovie. According to Christina Albul, their accuracy is quite high. An error of 6-8% is considered acceptable. Each dubious result is rechecked using a PCR study, the head of the relevant department noted.
The forthcoming resumption of the activities of cultural objects was discussed at the meeting. Ruslan Mova informed about the main requirements that will be presented. According to him, the so-called input filter, mask mode, and distance are mandatory. It will be possible to receive only 250 spectators in the large hall of the theater designed for 715 spectators, in the small hall - 25 (with 60 seats). In cinemas, 3D screenings are still banned. The entrance is in shoe covers. Visitors will be seated in every third chair in the large hall of the Palace of the Republic in the small hall - in every second chair. Commissions that check the readiness of institutions to start work are established.
