The President of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic Vadim Krasnoselsky visited the Dugout mass event in Tiraspol on the eve and personally congratulating the capital's veterans of the Great Patriotic War. Vladimir Ivanovich Gromov, who went through the entire war and participated in two Victory Parades in Moscow, invited the PMR President during the festive event to a home tea party. Vadim Krasnoselsky accepted the invitation, noting that it was an honor and pleasure for him. The meeting of the President with a veteran of the Great Patriotic War, who began his military career at the age of 17 and was awarded numerous awards, including the Order of Glory III degree and the Order of the Patriotic War, took place today. The interlocutors exchanged congratulations and impressions of yesterday's holiday. The brightest moments are captured in photographs taken by the son of a veteran, a well-known photographer in Pridnestrovie Viktor Gromov.
The meeting participants talked about the war and the values of peace, about history and today's realities, discussed issues of concern to the whole world and everyday aspects that will help make the life of a veteran more comfortable. Vadim Krasnoselsky asked Vladimir Ivanovich to take care of himself, calling the veteran and his comrades the most valuable link connecting generations.
