Vadim Krasnoselsky laid flowers at the monuments to the founders of Tiraspol.

Those people who directly connected to the history of Tiraspol's founding the were given special attention on this festive day. Flowers were laid at monuments to historical figures. The great empress, who made the fateful decision to develop the lands along the Dniester, build the Sredinnaya Fortress to protect the empire's southwestern borders, and subsequently built the city that would become Tiraspol, is engraved in stone. The monument was erected in the city in the year of the 30th anniversary of Pridnestrovie, of which the city on the Dniester is the capital. The monument is located in the center of a park named after Catherine the Great.  Portrait sculptures of her associate Grigory Potemkin-Tavrichesky, the military fortification engineer, Tiraspol's first architect Franz de Volant, and other significant figures are located there. A long-standing fixture among the monuments to Tiraspol's founders is the monument to Suvorov on his warhorse, created by the Artamonov brothers in 1979. Fresh flowers at the pedestals are a sign of the unfading memory and gratitude of Tiraspol residents.
