The President, accompanied by representatives of relevant ministries, departments and services, as well as local leadership, visited the Dubossary district. Vadim Krasnoselsky controls the process of infrastructural improvements. Impetus was given by the capital investment program launched last year. The head of the district Ruslan Chaban recalled that in 2018 five educational institutions were included, but thanks to the savings from the fund, repair and construction work was carried out on a larger number of objects.
Socially important institutions, already being built and still awaiting infrastructure renovation, expansion or re-equipment are targeted for current inspection of the President. Among them is the Center for Social and Psychological Rehabilitation of Children with special needs. This municipal institution has been operating for 13 years. Today, more than three dozen pupils who have been diagnosed with autism, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, epilepsy, and mental retardation attend it. A defectologist, a speech therapist, a psychologist, a methodologist of physiotherapy exercises and other employees of the institution seek to socialize the persons under care of the center as much as possible. There is cynological section, theater group.
Vadim Krasnoselsky, noting that society is obliged to exert maximum efforts for the adaptation of special guys, emphasized that the state is striving to do everything possible to make their lives easier, to make it comfortable and eventful. In 2018, thanks to the implementation of the capital investment program, the construction of a new building for the Center for the Social and Psychological Rehabilitation of Children with Special Needs of Vital Functions began. According to the project, these are six buildings in which training rooms, bedrooms, a catering department, a dining room, medical offices, including hydropathic and physiotherapy, as well as an inpatient department for a two or three week course of treatment and rehabilitation are supposed to be located, and not only for the Grigoriopol residents, but and children with special needs from other regions of the republic. There are also rooms for occupational classes, which are necessary for the further employment of graduates of the center. An assembly hall is provided. Employees and pupils of the center dreamt of it as a theater platform for performances with which the children, despite the peculiarities of development and the needs of life, perform throughout the republic. The mini-program was presented to the attention of today's honored guests - still in the old building of the center.
The project implementation is in process. Last year 4.5 million rubles were spent. This year, another 3.9 million were allocated from the capital investment fund. These funds will be used to complete the carcass works and roofing. The head of the contracting organization noted that it is necessary to increase funding for the current year in order to quickly start the decoration, as well as engage in electricians and plumbing. It is necessary to add 10 million (if we talk about commissioning by the end of 2020). The President assured, the state will seek such an opportunity. He considers that any delay or, even worse, the suspension of construction works is fraught with great losses. The President fixed a time limit within two years.
Vadim Krasnoselsky informed that in the near future an extended meeting with the participation of the heads of state administrations will be held at the Presidential Executive Office. Representatives of natural monopolies will also be involved in the conversation. Water, gas and electricity supply organizations have internal programs that provide for investment in various projects. Vadim Krasnoselsky noted that it is necessary to find out the plans and, possibly, to adjust them in accordance with the actual needs of republican social institutions.
The President, drawing attention to the spaciousness of the territory adjacent to the center, noted the importance of its landscaping. In unison to the remark, the proposal of the head of the institution Svetlana Zavtur sounded today to lay the future alley. The president, the Head of the administration of Dubossary, the pupils of the center and the representatives of the parent asset planted the first bird-cherry.
