The President is in the Kamenka District. The reason for the visit is festive. The House of Culture of the village of Katerinovka celebrates the 60th anniversary and housewarming at the same time. The institution started working after a major overhaul. On the urgent recommendation of Vadim Krasnoselsky, this facility was included in the capital investment program. The building was repaired in 2019, gasified, provided with heat supply in 2020, the premises were equipped and furnished. It was said that this was the first major renovation in three decades today in the course of the solemn event dedicated to the commissioning of the facility (it was timed to coincide with the anniversary of the House of Culture). The institution despite the lack of elementary conditions and even warmth did not stop its work for a day - largely due to the activity and care of the administration at the same time. The director and artistic director of the House of Culture – husband and wife Lamak have been at the head of the House of Culture for almost a quarter of a century. They say that such a transformation of the House of Culture could only dream of.
Vadim Krasnoselsky repeatedly visited this facility - both in the infrastructure-decadent period, and during the reconstruction. It turned out in the course of the presidential inspection, after the bulk of the work had been carried out that the funds allocated through the Capital Investment Fund in 2019 for equipment would not be enough. Additional funds were found on the instructions of the President. The House of Culture celebrates housewarming with new furniture and equipment. The missing elements of technical equipment will appear in the hall in the coming days: the President personally presented a certificate for a set of stage sound and light equipment today as a gift. In addition, the President awarded the most distinguished employees of the House of Culture. Vadim Krasnoselsky thanked everyone who was involved in the implementation of the project. He spoke about his impressions of the first visit to the Katerinovsky House of Culture: winter, freezing outside, the same in the premises of the House of Culture, and at the same time a rehearsal of the creative team was taking place. According to the President, it was impossible to remain indifferent. He noted that if this object were not included in the Capital Investment Fund program, the House of Culture would hardly celebrate its 60th anniversary today. Vadim Krasnoselsky considers the implementation of the project to be a common achievement of a single team. The President recalled that over the past four years, dozens of houses of culture and hundreds of educational institutions have been repaired, parks are being improved, playgrounds and sports complexes are being built, and the infrastructure is being put in order. He emphasized that the comprehensive work will continue.
Vadim Krasnoselsky expressed confidence that creative activity would contribute to the preservation and development of the culture and traditions of the village of Katerinovka and the multinational Pridnestrovian people in general, addressing the collective of the House of the Culture, the hero of the day.
Taking into account the continuing danger of the spread of coronavirus, it would be inadmissible to fill all the spectator seats of the renovated spacious and comfortable hall of the House of Culture, therefore the minimum number of guests was limited.
