The President visited the village of Karagash, Slobodzeya district. A new boiler house has been launched there, which provides heat and hot water to the local hostel. This is the order of the President.
The boiler house was included in the investment program of Tirasteploenergo municipal state unitary enterprise in mid-2021. The cost of the work is 1.9 million rubles. Heating that was absent since 1991 has been provided to 160 residents of the five-story building number 71 in Sergei Lazo Street. The equipment works in automatic mode and does not need a constant presence of a specialist. Automatic chemical water treatment is installed to soften the make-up water. Tirasteploenergo General Director Oleg Ishchenko informed the President that water heating takes place in 2 boilers with a volume of 1500 liters each.
The PMR President checked the efficiency of the new boiler house, assessing the temperature regime in the living quarters of the hostel. Communicating with the residents, the prospects for further improvement - the repair of premises and facade work was discussed.
27 boiler houses and approximately 8.5 thousand meters of heat supply networks have been built and modernized in recent years.
