The PMR President met with the co-chairman of the Joint Control Commission from Pridnestrovie. Oleg Belyakov informed the President about the situation in general and about the disruption by the Moldovan side of yesterday's meeting of the JCC. He said that the shifts that were outlined in September-October, which made the work of military observers more transparent, were again reduced to naught. Oleg Belyakov focused on the behavior of individual participants in the JCC meetings, stressing that some representatives of the Moldovan side allow themselves provoking, unethical behavior, moving from general sabotage to personal attacks. The day before, for this reason, a regular meeting was disrupted. Insults and accusations were made against the Russians, Oleg Belyakov said.
Vadim Krasnoselsky after listening to the report of the co-chairman of the JCC from Pridnestrovie and having discussed in detail with Oleg Belyakov the current state of affairs and the risks associated with the destructiveness of the Moldovan side, noted that the preservation of the existing situation or its aggravation could lead to breakdown of the mechanism of the Joint Control Commission and peacekeeping. The PMR President state called on not to succumb to provocations, to record the facts of refusal from constructive dialogue and to continue work to ensure peace and security on the Pridnestrovian land. It was instructed to prepare information about what is happening in the JCC and send it to all participants in the peacekeeping process to prevent destructive, increasingly systemic actions of the Moldovan side and their negative consequences. The Minister of Defense Sergey Shoygu will be officially notified of the situation on behalf of Vadim Krasnoselsky.
