The President is in constant contact with heads of state administrations of towns and districts of the republic. Taking into consideration the coronavirus circumstances, most of the meetings are held by telephone or in the format of video conference. Personal meetings take place only when absolutely necessary. Today the Head of Slobodzeya administration Vasily Tishchenko presented visualized projects for the improvement of the town to the President. We are talking about various infrastructure facilities. Among them there is the Park of newlyweds. It will occupy an area of 1.5 hectares in close proximity to the local registry office. It is planned that a visit to the park after wedding ceremony will become an integral part of wedding events. At the same time, a comfortable leisure zone will be open to everyone. A lake, a rotunda and a cozy alley will appear here. The architectural forms have already been ordered. Part of the funds allocated from the capital investment fund this year has been directed to its financing . The money was also spent on the necessary communications. Totally, the residents of Slobodzeya received 600 thousand rubles for this object under the program of the Capital Investment Fund-2020. For the full implementation of the plan, an additional 1.7 million will be needed next year, Vasily Tishchenko said. Another 1.3 million are needed to launch the so-called pedestrian fountain. Earthworks at this location have been completed. The local administration expects to commission the fountain by June 1, 2021. Increased attention is paid to landscaping in the area. 150 chrysanthemum bushes have been planted in the central part of the town, tui transplanted plants are being renewed at the moment.
The long-term plans of the Slobodzeya administration include the improvement of a cascade staircase leading to the bank of the Dniester and the stadium, and then the reconstruction of the sports facility. The President noted that this work should be carried out in 2022. Vadim Krasnoselsky emphasized that the network of sports infrastructure should be expanded: in addition to bringing the stadium into proper condition, it is necessary to equip new sports grounds in park areas.
The interlocutors exchanged views and ideas, outlined practical plans and ways of their implementation.
