Vadim Krasnoselsky – guest of the ТЕХНОБЭК-2026 Forum

The ТЕХНОБЭК-2026 forum is taking place in Tiraspol. Technologies of Safety, Efficiency, and Comfort. The initiator is Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Pridnestrovian Moldovan Republic Vitaly Neagu. The Ministry of Internal Affairs handled organizational matters. A wide range of agencies and institutions, from the Ministry of Digital Development to the theater, were involved in the preparations. Heads of government agencies, organizations, and enterprises, IT specialists, and Pridnestrovian youth – all those involved in one way or another with the world of digital technologies, their creation, implementation, and use, were on stage and in the audience. The PMR President Vadim Krasnoselsky was among the honored guests of this large-scale event.

The main discussion venue is the Great Hall of the Palace of the Republic, but participants and guests are immersed in the forum atmosphere from the moment they enter. The aisles and foyer have become exhibition spaces. Law enforcement agencies, banks, insurers, a telecom operator, and a state university have all set up their own exhibits.

Visitors are treated to a traffic militia timeline – a retrospective of militia vehicles, from the legendary "Kopeyka," which evokes memories of the Soviet militia, to modern cyber patrols. Dmitry Salko, Head of the Information and Communications Department of the PMR Ministry of Internal Affairs and exhibition guide, reminded visitors that the republic has ten patrol cars equipped with the latest technology, essentially mobile automated systems for recognizing and identifying offenders. They were acquired at the request of Vadim Krasnoselsky. The PMR President and other guests observed the system in action today. They were shown how the "Accounting" software works. This platform enables the transition from paper-based to automated accounting, while integrating educational, social, and law enforcement environments. Another digital product developed by specialists from the Ministry of Internal Affairs is the Unified Population Register. Its capabilities are currently being implemented in educational institutions; a similar tool was previously used in medical institutions. The Safe City system is also developing. The President was shown its various options, again in their evolutionary diversity – from old radars (primitive devices for measuring vehicle speed) to modern laser devices. The Main Directorate of Emergency Situations location is no less fascinating, featuring life-size firefighter gear. The day's favorite was Uncle Steeple. The life-size figure of the militia everyone has known since childhood differs from the character created by Sergei Mikhalkov in that he holds a tablet rather than a militia baton. The developers call this project a modern-day equivalent of a "glasnost booth": any citizen can leave a message and, most importantly, call the police with a militia touch.

The President visited exhibits showcasing the capabilities of modern comfort and personal safety technologies. These include climate control systems, solar panels, and heat generators. A separate section of the exhibition was designed by the IT-Quantum University Innovation Center. The history of banking, from the use of rhymometers and paper archives to biometric authentication, full-service mobile applications, risk analytics, and real-time transaction security, is a joint exhibition of three Pridnestrovian banks. Adjacent to this is a display of the evolution of the insurance model. New video surveillance technologies, presented by Interdnestrcom were next to it.

The exhibition and presentation took almost an hour to explore. Vadim Krasnoselsky praised the exhibition, emphasizing that the exhibits were interesting and diverse, and that the IT field was not just multifaceted, but comprehensive. The President wished the participants engaging discussions, new discoveries, knowledge, and connections that would form the basis for future projects, noting that this is precisely the purpose of such events.

The organizers emphasized that the forum is a step toward developing a unified strategy for the digital development of Pridnestrovie. Its goal is not only to educate and exchange information, experience, and ideas, but also to align the work of all involved entities.

Invited expert speakers include the event's mastermind, Deputy Chairman of the PMR Government Vitaly Neagu; Minister of Digital Development, Communications, and Mass Media of the PMR Alexander Dimitroglo; Deputy Minister of Education of the PMR Galina Ratushnyak; CEO of IDC Alexander Kovalchuk; and Vladimir Litvin, head of the Insurance House; First Deputy Chairmen of the Pridnestrovian Republican Bank and Agroprombank Valentin Khmel and Sergey Lupashko; Head of the Tiraspol Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the PMR Ivan Maidanovsky; and Vice Rector for Research and Innovation at the Pridnestrovian State University Viktor Bosyuk.

Two panel sessions were planned. The forum continues.
