Housing construction continues in Pridnestrovie. This is the initiative of the President. The essence of the program is to create cooperatives, whose members have the opportunity to purchase apartments using available credit resources. Long-term construction has been the basis for the construction of residential apartment buildings until now. To date, there are no idle boxes, which could become the basis for the construction of high-rise buildings in the republic. The presidential program for the construction of affordable housing is in effect. They have entered the stage of construction from scratch. A new housing estate will soon appear in Mira Street in Tiraspol (the territory of the Scientific Research Institute). It was planned initially to build seven houses. There were more applications for joining the housing and construction cooperative “Yug-3 “ created for this purpose than the proposed apartments, so the project was changed by adding two more buildings, chairman of the cooperative Konstantin Kalinenok told the President during the inspection. There are 12 apartments in each of the nine future houses. More than fifty apartments will be occupied by law enforcement officers, 30 future new settlers will be representatives of the healthcare sector. There will be two- room and three-room apartments. The area is 70.4 and 90.3 square meters, respectively.
The cost of a square is 240 conventional units. Facade glazing, independent heating, fencing, parking was designed. The foundation is prepared, the construction of walls has begun at the moment.
Vadim Krasnoselsky asked about the timing. The work is expected to be completed in a year. If everything goes well, then the housewarming will be timed to coincide with the Day of the Militia, that is, the commissioning of the facilities is expected on the 10th of November, 2023.
