The state of affairs in the towns and districts of the republic were discussed today. They talked about preventive measures and liquidation of the consequences of snowfall and icy conditions. This work involved 1046 housing and communal services employees and 250 pieces of equipment. Three tons of sand and salt mixture were consumed. 86 accidents related to specific weather conditions were registered during the week as well as 239 cases of street injuries. 4.5 storage meters of firewood for stove heating were delivered to people in need. Employees of the State Department for Emergency Situations went on call 27 times to tow the cars caught in the snow. On December 28, an emergency occurred at the Grigoriopol section of the gas pipeline. 2900 subscribers were temporarily without gas supply. The problems were related to malfunctions in the operation of the main gas distribution point. The accident was liquidated within 11 hours. An investigation is underway regarding the reasons for the incident.
The PMR Minister of Internal Affairs informed the meeting participants that law enforcement officers were on duty in an enhanced mode on New Year's Eve. There were no serious violations. The duty units received 19 messages related to domestic scandals, and 6 statements about violation of the silence regime. One person was injured as a result of careless handling of pyrotechnics (he received medical assistance). 15 people spent New Year's Eve in sobering centers.
The meeting participants discussed issues related to the upcoming implementation of the Capital Investment Fund 2022 program. They paid attention to some objects, outlined priority plans. The President aimed not to delay the tender procedures, noting that repair and construction work would begin with the onset of spring. They focused on the topic of the development of the Road Fund. There is a reserve formed due to last year's savings. This money will be used to tidy up sidewalks and areas adjacent to socially significant institutions - both municipal and republican significance. The relevant documentation should be ready by the 10th of January.
