The heads of state administrations of cities and regions of the republic during the conference call informed the President about the situation on the ground. The situation is stable. Social payments are made on time and in full. Educational institutions have started the academic year. Solemn meetings were held everywhere on the 1st of September. Events dedicated to the Republic Day were held in all settlements on Friday. Vadim Krasnoselsky expressed gratitude for the high level of their organization. Recommendations were given on the preparation of subsequent cultural events, the season of which will be held in open areas in November - on the Day of National Unity.
The meeting participants discussed the implementation of the capital investment program. They talked about preparing for the autumn-winter period. The President instructed to check the condition of all boiler houses and heating mains, as well as reserves of various types of fuel. In addition, the instructions were given to form a stock of sand-salt mixture in advance and prepare special equipment for the snow season.
Active involvement of pupils of children's social institutions, including closed ones, in the physical culture and sports life of society was among today's instructions of the PMR President. Vadim Krasnoselsky emphasized that all the sites being created should be available to them – new sports and gaming areas, gyms, stadiums, swimming pools. It is necessary to develop training programs, develop a schedule of visits.
The President asked about the Rybnitsa bakery, which suspended its activities due to financial difficulties. The head of the district Viktor Tyagay said that the Tiraspol plant supplied bakery products to social institutions last week, the Rybnitsa enterprise will resume production from the 7th of September. An advance payment of 200000 rubles has been allocated from the local budget.
Another organization that has faced the problem of late payment of salaries to employees is the Tiraspol Medical College. The President ordered to deal with the situation. The Ministry of Health completed the check at the end of last week. It is noted that the problems are systemic and have been accumulating for years. The educational institution had to pay its employees at the expense of funds received from two sources – from the provision of paid services and from the budget. The confusion in the receipt and distribution of financial resources led to debt to the personnel. Vadim Krasnoselsky noted that this state of affairs is a consequence of the negligent attitude of the management of the technical school and the lack of proper control from the relevant Ministry of Health. The payment of wages under any circumstances should be a top priority, Vadim Krasnoselsky emphasized. we can talk about other expenses only after this obligation fulfillment.
Another issue related to the medical college was discussed at the meeting. Reorganization was carried out by the new academic year – the educational institutions in Tiraspol and Bendery were merged. The President indicated as a prerequisite that students should not experience any negative consequences for them from the merger at the stage of discussion of this initiative. The PMR President received an appeal in which students complain that some of them will have to go to classes from Tiraspol to Bendery now, although they entered the educational institution of the capital. Vadim Krasnoselsky recalled his demand, instructing to finalize the merger mechanism.
