Connection of other facilities continues. The work was completed more than promptly, according to the minister. The centralized heating system is functioning stably. The maintained temperature in the network is 50-60 degrees. Gas consumption is currently high. A decision was made to launch the coal unit of the Moldavian GRES for several days last Sunday in order to stabilize the situation and use the available gas more economically.
Svetlana Ivanishina announced clarifying data on the heat supply of educational institutions. Another 78 kindergartens and 58 schools are returning to the standard educational process today, according to the minister. Thus, 97% of general education institutions (152 facilities) and 99% of preschool institutions of the republic (152 kindergartens) accept students and pupils as of today. The premises of the Tiraspol Suvorov Military School, gymnasium (partially), lyceum located in Tiraspol, the complex in the village of Sloboda-Rashkovo, schools in Severinovka and Khrustovaya were not sufficiently heated. In addition, Dubossary kindergarten No. 15 "Golden Cockerel" is not accepting pupils. Remote work will remain until February 17 for students of the Tiraspol Interregional University. The school day remains shortened in Dnestrovsk, since there is no way to provide children with hot lunches yet.
Minister of Social Protection and Labor Elena Kulichenko reported that all subordinate institutions are provided with heat and are functioning normally. The head of the Main Directorate of the Penitentiary Service Vitaly Ishchenko reported that two more powerful solid fuel boilers had been purchased for penitentiary institutions. There are currently four units in stock. A firewood reserve has been formed. 660 out of the 2 117 stacked cubic meters have been used.
It became known from the report of the Minister of Internal Affairs Vitaly Neagu that the anti-crisis information center continues to operate. The hotline has received 664 calls over the past week. They are mainly asking about the resumption of gas supply and centralized hot water supply. There have been 17799 calls totally in the month and a half of the call center's operation. Heating and temporary stay centers are still deployed throughout the republic. 360 people have used them since January 1.
The local state administrations have provided a reserve of firewood – almost three thousand stacked cubic meters. Nine cases of illegal felling of trees have been registered. There have been 70 fires and blazes due to reasons related to the use of stoves and electrical appliances since the beginning of the year. One person died in the fire. Four deaths are related to carbon monoxide poisoning.

The stock of consumables during the period of increased network accidents is noticeably depleted. The budget of the republic was discussed in the course of the meeting. The lost income associated with the downtime of dozens of enterprises is significant.
Among the instructions that the President gave during the working discussion is conducting inspections in schools. We are talking about nutrition. There are signals that lunches are not served hot. Employees of the sanitary and epidemiological station as well as representatives of public control will go to the educational institutions with control measures.
