The President in the course of the meeting of the Operational Headquarters was informed about the launch of the Rybnitsa PCR laboratory planned for tomorrow. In addition, the Minister of Health reported on the analysis of the needs of the health care system of the republic in express laboratories of a new type carried out on behalf of the President. It is necessary to purchase eight analyzers — three single-channel and five multi-channel. The total cost of the equipment is 750 thousand rubles. Vadim Krasnoselsky considers these expenses to be justified. Express laboratories, high quality of research of which has been confirmed in practice, not only require a minimum amount of time to obtain results, but are also economical in terms of test costs. In case of purchasing a batch of 10000 units, the cost of one test will be 197 rubles. The President instructed to continue negotiations with suppliers.
Another acquisition, not in the near future, but planned on the recommendation of the President for the next year, is a computer tomography scanner for the Dubossary hospital.
At the meeting of the Operational Headquarters, they talked about air recirculators necessary for disinfecting school premises. "Potential" Bendery plant presented its production proposal. The Government commission, having studied it, came to the conclusion that the proposed samples are not inferior to imported counterparts in quality (this was confirmed by SES specialists), while being cheaper than foreign ones. Vadim Krasnoselsky, noting the importance of organizing domestic production, supported this initiative. The first 500 air disinfectants, which the Bendery enterprise will manufacture by order of the state, will be installed in some classes in November. In case of high assessment of their effectiveness, the order will be expanded, and by the beginning of spring all schools of the republic will be provided with locally produced recirculators. Moreover, the President considers that such equipment should be installed in other educational institutions, barracks of military units and in the premises of organizations, where a large number of citizens are at once.
As for preschool educational institutions: according to the decision adopted earlier by members of the Operational Headquarters, they are equipped with bactericidal lamps. Another issue related to the functioning of kindergartens in the pandemic is the opening of nursery groups. The number of requests from parents of children under three years old is growing. Members of the Operational Headquarters, after consulting with the specialists of the sanitary and epidemiological service, decided to meet the citizens halfway: in the kindergarten, if necessary, one nursery group can be opened for children whose both parents work. Vadim Krasnoselsky emphasized that quarantine requirements for these groups should be increased.
Among the restrictive measures, adoption of which is necessary to ensure greater safety of the residents of the republic, is the renewal from tomorrow of the ban on concerts, performances and other cultural events even in open areas.
New decisions of the Operational Headquarters will be made depending on the development of the situation and epidemiological situation in the country.
