The State Service of Communications was discussed at one of today's meetings with the President. The Head of the department Vladimir Belyaev outlined a number of current issues of both organizational and financial nature. They talked about the functions of the civil service, provision of personnel and technical means, equipment of work places for personnel, necessity to update the infrastructure. One of the most problematic objects subordinated to the PMR State Communication Service is the subdivision Kamenka. The building where the post office is located is in disrepair. Its repair requires about 600 thousand rubles. It was proposed to include it in the program of the Capital Investment Fund, but there is an opinion that it is more expedient to find a new building for the institution: its arrangement will be more profitable than renovation.
After exchanging views on the entire range of issues related to the functioning of the State Communications Service, the President gave a number of current instructions, after which the working discussion continued.
