Vadim Krasnoselsky reminded of the need to bring the territories adjacent to educational institutions into proper shape by the beginning of the school year. He spoke about the need to refresh the places of mass gathering of citizens by the Republic Day. Particular attention should be paid to the lines along the roads. The President emphasized that there is a large number of dry trees almost everywhere, dried hazel and withered grass in particular. Vadim Krasnoselsky pointed out that deadwood must be eliminated by updating the landscaping. Presidential instructions are related to prevention of fires in the forest belt and on farmland. Vadim Krasnoselsky recalled the responsibility that land users bear in case of setting fire to agricultural land after harvesting, and called on the relevant structures to increase control in this area. The Minister of Internal Affairs was instructed to organize exercises for personnel for practical training in the event of forest or field fires.
Vadim Krasnoselsky asked about the state of affairs at the facilities being built and repaired under the Capital Investment Fund. Increased attention was paid to educational institutions. The works should be completed shortly. The deadlines were met for the most part. The renewed university, schools, kindergartens will be ready to accept schoolchildren and students with the onset of the academic year. An exception will be made by some preschool educational institutions. Housewarming will be celebrated in September, but with a slight delay. This is due to the fact that children attended kindergartens even during the renovation work. The number of groups for this period was reduced as much as possible. The remaining premises are now to be repaired.
The President was informed in detail about construction and repair progress in medical institutions. He was interested in literally every medical and obstetric centre and rural outpatient clinic, specifying the deadlines for commissioning, asking about the quality of the fulfillment of obligations by contractors, the provision of objects with furniture and equipment.
Progress in the implementation of the project to update the city's road network was discussed in the course of the conversation between the President and the Head of Bendery. They studied the schedule in a targeted way, noting the work already completed and discussing the upcoming ones. They talked about the repair of the buildings of the Republican Cadet Corps, the building of the traffic militia in Bendery and the Center for Mother and Child in Bendery.
The Heads of the districts indicated at what stage the implementation of the current year's capital investment program is on the ground. They expect almost everywhere to complete the improvement of the central squares and park areas by the onset of autumn. These territories will be used during the Republic Day celebrations. The main events of the state level will be held in the capital on the 2nd of September. The main square of Tiraspol this time will not become a republican center for the placement of farmsteads representing all towns and districts of Pridnestrovie at the same time.
