The President held a traditional Monday working meeting with a large number of officials invited to the discussion. Current issues related to the organization of the December elections in the context of the pandemic were discussed. The PMR CEC Chairman Elena Gorodetskaya informed about the work being done to create conditions for the participation in voting of persons in isolation, including in infectious diseases hospitals. It is proposed to create a precinct commission from among physicians employed in infectious diseases hospitals. The mechanism is being worked out.
The Heads of the administrations of towns and regions of the republic informed the President about the state of affairs on the ground. Problematic aspects identified, solutions were discussed. They talked about objects undergoing renovation and construction work. Vadim Krasnoselsky noted that he will continue inspection visits to the site. The decision on a preliminary schedule was made. The PMR President asked how the work on replacing windows in the entrances of multi-storey buildings was progressing. The first stage is almost universally completed. The funds additionally allocated for these purposes are being developed.
The draft program of capital investments for the next year was discussed today. The formation of the list of objects is at the final stage. The Government held numerous workshops with the participation of heads of state administrations, representatives of ministries and departments, which are in charge of the facilities, which are supposed to be included in the Capital investment fund 2022. The Chairman of the Government of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic Alexander Martynov informed that the issue of a possible increase in the size of the fund by several tens of millions of rubles is being considered. It is proposed to include in it funds for the repair of roofs and facades of schools, kindergartens and correctional institutions in various settlements of Pridnestrovie. An expanded meeting under the President on the Capital investment fund 2022 project will take place next week. The PMR President will hold a meeting on budgetary adjustments tomorrow.
