It was decided in the course of the meeting of the Operational Headquarters under the President to leave physiotherapy procedures available to citizens even during the period of strict quarantine. Vadim Krasnoselsky emphasized that this form of health support is extremely important for patients who have had COVID-19.
Another decision of the Operational Headquarters is to allow professional sportsmen who are preparing for competitions to continue the training process.
At the same time, a ban was imposed on conducting any kind of scheduled inspections in order to minimize contacts between citizens. In addition, the President focused on the necessity of intensifying electronic document management, emphasizing the inadmissibility of citizens walking around their offices in such a difficult sanitary and epidemiological situation.
The work of crisis centers was discussed at a meeting of the Operational Headquarters for prevention of the spread of coronavirus. The load has increased significantly. Ministries, departments, state administrations were instructed to provide the necessary assistance, in particular, we are talking about the allocation of vehicles for mobile teams providing medical care to infected citizens at home, as well as for delivering outpatients to the place of computed tomography. It was noted that 935 carriers of the virus who are being treated at home have undergone CT examinations since November.
The Operational Headquarters members discussed and satisfied the request of the leadership of PSU to release sixth-year students of the medical faculty from work in crisis centers. The need is related to the preparation for the final exams. They will be replaced by medical students from other courses. This work also involved 70 students of medical colleges.
