Compliance with the mask regime in Pridnestrovie was discussed in the course of the meeting of the Operational Headquarters under the PMR President. According to Vadim Krasnoselsky, citizens may not wear masks in the fresh air, but as for the premises, it is required to observe these protective measures and be wearing masks. Special attention was paid to public transport on this issue. They noted at the meeting that quarantine measures are not always observed in fixed-route taxis. Drivers of the public transport are without masks in particular. The President instructed the Ministry of Internal Affairs to conduct a special check on this issue.
In addition, attention was paid to the topic of vaccination at the meeting of the Operational Headquarters under the President. Vadim Krasnoselsky recalled that it is voluntary in Pridnestrovie. There are about 20 thousand doses of various vaccines left in the republic according to the latest data. Work is currently in progress to purchase vaccines against coronavirus. The PMR President recommended that citizens go to polyclinics and get vaccinated.
