The President held a video conference with the heads of public and administrative authorities. The current state of affairs in towns and districts of the republic was discussed. The situation is normal everywhere. Current issues are being resolved in the normal course of business. Heat supply is provided everywhere. Development programs are being implemented. Construction and repair work planned for this year has been completed or is in the final stage.

The President drew the heads' attention to the sanitary condition of the edge of the Dniester within the city limits. The capital's section along the Catherine Park in particular was pointed out by Vadim Krasnoselsky, where fallen trees washed ashore and obsolete plantings have not been removed. Responsibility for the timely completion of work has been assigned to the city administration, the Ministry of Economic Development and the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

The head of Tiraspol reported that the city has exceeded the revenue plan by 50 million rubles at present. The direction of using these funds was discussed. They talked about the implementation of the presidential order on monitoring the functioning of street lighting devices. Oleg Dovgopol reported that work was carried out to replace broken bulbs, including in the floodlights illuminating the facade of the theater during the week. It was decided, taking into consideration the favorable weather conditions to extend the season of operation of the central city fountain until the end of the week. Conservation will begin on the 4th of November. The capital's skating rink came to life after the renovation last weekend. The equipment and dome were replaced, the presence of which will allow visitors to be received at outside temperatures up to +25 degrees, which will significantly extend the skating season at the facility under municipal control. There was no excessive excitement this time, said Oleg Dovgopol, while 36 thousand rubles were collected in two days of the ice rink's operation. It is important that the cost of services for visitors remained the same. The head of the city recalled the successful practice of organizing marathons for out-of-town visitors, inviting city and district administrations, as well as representatives of organizations, to submit collective applications, especially during the upcoming vacation period, which will allow for the most comfortable organization of visits. The head of the state administration of Tiraspol informed that road works in Pravda Street are planned to be completed by the end of the week, and the improvement of sidewalks along Pokrovskaya Street from Gagarin Boulevard to the House of Soviets within a month.

Road repairs are continuing in Bendery. Roman Ivanchenko mentioned among other things the repair of sidewalks near the Mother and Child Center and the Moldavkabel plant. The enterprise is also setting up a public transport stop at the request of the administration. Vadim Krasnoselsky drew attention to another section, instructing to arrange a pedestrian strip along the entrance to the Borisov Cemetery, which is actively used by residents of the neighboring five-story building.

The heads of district administrations reported on the road works being carried out in rural areas. They reported on the implementation of the 2024 Capital Investment Fund and the preparation of requests for the formation of the state capital investment program for next year. For example, Vasily Tishchenko said that the Slobodzeya administration plans to propose several objects for inclusion in the 2025 Capital Investment Fund for a total of 18 million rubles. The list will include the district clinic, construction and repair work in which is currently underway. The utility networks have been replaced here. Tomorrow they expect to launch the updated heating system, and next year – to put the premises in order. The President will personally check how things are going with the protracted repair of the Rybnitsa clinic. The President said that he planned an inspection visit to this facility. Vadim Krasnoselsky informed that the work schedule includes off-site meetings in various locations in the cities and districts of the republic.

Another topic that was raised in the course of the video conference was the prudent use of energy resources. They talked about an economic approach to heating administrative buildings. The Ministry of Economic Development considers it rational to suspend heating supply to schools during the autumn holidays. It is proposed to return heat to secondary educational institutions before the start of the academic quarter, so that the classrooms have time to warm up. The Ministry of Economic Development will additionally report on the decision taken.
