The Presidential outlined guidelines and goals for the year, set tasks and gave instructions to authorities, ministries, departments, and civil services. Work plans will be built on their basis. Vadim Krasnoselsky emphasized that he announced a basis, the detailing and clarification of which will take place routinely throughout the year. The President recalled that the departmental division of tasks is quite arbitrary. Constructive interaction and personal involvement of each official is important, the PMR Presidential emphasized. “Try to do as many useful things as possible, help your neighbor, help society – everything that depends on you”, the President aimed.
