The reconstructed boiler room at school number 3 was put into operation in Parkany. The launch was carried out in solemn atmosphere. The President arrived at the event.
The school boiler room has provided heat to the institution since 1985. The standard service life has been exceeded two and a half times. The heating network, equipment and building were in an extremely unsatisfactory condition. The heat supply network broke repeatedly during the heating season. The object, requiring serious investments, was transferred from the balance of the school of the Tirasteploenergo state unitary enterprise. The company included it in the investment program, the total amount of which is 21 million rubles. 1.3 million were allocated for the reconstruction of the Parkany school boiler house. New economical equipment was installed. The boiler room works in automatic mode, which also saves labor resources. The water purification system has been thought over. There is a possibility of temperature regulation depending on weather conditions and consumers' request. Supervisory control is carried out remotely. All this was told and shown to the President. It was noted that the pipeline was completely replaced, a well was built, the external power supply network was replaced, gas ducts and chimneys were installed. The boiler house building was overhauled.
It was said during the inspection of the boiler house that the current approach of the state to the work of communal enterprises allows to accumulate funds and invest in the development of networks. Energy tariffs remain at a fairly low level in Pridnestrovie – despite serious cost fluctuations in the world. The difference between the real cost of the resource and the amount contributed by the consumer was covered by the service provider previously. As a result, fixed assets were laundered and the infrastructure fell into decay. The negative balance has been covered by the republican budget in 2018. This is one of the features of the internal policy of Pridnestrovie – socially oriented state with market economy. When the inter-tariff difference is returned to organizations, support is provided simultaneously to both the population and the business. As a result, the enterprises of the fuel and energy sector have the opportunity to make internal investments. Tirasteploenergo has developed a program for the next five years, the PMR President was informed today. Vadim Krasnoselsky noted that several years ago he was reported on a weekly basis about hundreds of breaking of utility networks. Nowadays accidents happen less and less often.
The President was asked about the situation with gas supplies to the republic. Vadim Krasnoselsky said that today, he is scheduled to have a conversation with the Moldovan Prime Minister for the second half of the day. Energy is one of the topics of the forthcoming working dialogue.
Not only the boiler room was discussed today. Considering that the facility serves the school, employees of the educational institution also came to the event on the occasion of its commissioning. Talking with the President, they said that the children want to learn the literary Bulgarian language (the population of the Pridnestrovian village of Parkany, Slobodzeya district, is mostly ethnic Bulgarians). There is a desire to publish a local newspaper. They said that the school itself is in need of renovation. Among the problem objects and a residential building, in which mostly teachers live (the roof must be replaced), the kindergarten "Berezonka" (sewage is needed), the House of Culture (the wiring is to be replaced). They also said that the village needed a garbage truck (the available one could not cope with the load).
Vadim Krasnoselsky listened to all requests and suggestions. The information will be collected and prepared for further discussion during the working meetings under the President.
