The Ministry of Internal Affairs is one of the most active departments in terms of inclusion in the state program of affordable housing. Another high-rise building has been commissioned today. The event was timed to coincide with the professional holiday of law enforcement officers. Residents of Grigoriopol are the new inhabitants. The house is located in Shchorsa street. This is the sixth facility built (completed) by forces and means of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. There are 18 apartments in it, in which the families of the members of the Dzerzhinets housing cooperative, created in 2019, will live, most of them employees of the internal affairs bodies. Housing is indeed affordable: the cost per square meter is 1190 rubles (73 dollars). Thus, a one-room apartment cost the employees of the public sector 2500 conventional units, a 2-room apartment - 3500, a 3-room apartment - 4500.
The PMR President Vadim Krasnoselsky took part in the opening ceremony of the house. The President, the initiator of the program for construction of affordable housing for public sector employees, implemented through the resuscitation of long-term construction, said congratulating the new settlers: two years ago it was difficult to imagine that an unfinished and decaying building would turn into a cozy and comfortable residential building. Vadim Krasnoselsky noted the importance of the fact that the state program enables state employees to purchase housing, relying on their own strength and state support.
The President presented the new settlers with a set of outdoor exercise equipment for the further improvement of the local area.
