The PMR President accompanied by the Head of the regional administration, walked through the central square of the city being on inspection visit to Rybnitsa. He asked about the timing of the completion of work on its reconstruction. Some working points related to the improvement of the city square and the adjacent park named after Kirov was discussed. Vadim Krasnoselsky emphasized that the residents of Rybnitsa should celebrate the City Day in the comfort and coziness of the updated park and square infrastructure.
The President visited the Rybnitsa embankment. The park being landscaped along Valchenko Street will be much greener. The land is being renewed there so that the plants can better take root. Planting material will be brought in November, the Head of the state administration informed the President. Viktor Tyagay has shown the visualized project of the park rotunda. It will be installed next year.
The presidential inspection also touched upon the Rybnitsa basin today. Major repairs are underway here. The bowl is almost ready. The director of the sports school said that he plans to fill it with water in ten days. It is necessary for now to identify possible shortcomings. The object as a whole is expected to be completed by December. Vadim Krasnoselsky noted that he will try to arrive at the opening of the renovated pool. The PMR President called the bowl the heart of the pool, but at the same time he emphasized that its restoration is only one of the stages of reconstruction of the facility as a whole. The plans for the next year include updating the ventilation system, putting in order the premises and the facade of the sports school building.
The swimming pool will be reopened for 240 young sportsmen, as well as adult residents of Rybnitsa and guests of the city, who prefer water physical education.
Another sports facility visited by the President is the Rybnitsa rowing base. This direction is of great interest among local youth. More than a hundred children are engaged in rowing and canoeing. It hosts not only training sessions, but also competitions. At the same time, the infrastructure is outdated for a long time. Locations were built back in 1974. The buildings have been gasified and connected to the heating system in recent years. This year, funds were allocated both from the local budget and from the capital investment fund. Water supply, electrical networks, sewerage – everything needed repair. The windows and doors were changed, the rooms were put in order. They equipped a boathouse (new kayaks, recently donated to the school are also stored here), as well as a small pier (they plan to build a more spacious and reliable one in the future, in the future). Two million funds out of the capital investments received under the program were allocated for the arrangement of sports ground for practicing game sports (football, basketball, volleyball) and paving the territory of the rowing base with paving slabs. Vadim Krasnoselsky, having examined the object, noted that he was satisfied with the results of the work done. The President discussed further plans with the director of the children's youth sports school. They talked about the prospects for the development of water sports and about involvement of the population in sports life in general. Vadim Krasnoselsky emphasized the importance of creating the appropriate infrastructure, noting that the state continues to work in this direction, based on public requests.
The President paid attention to the progress in the improvement of the "Yubileiny" sports complex in Rybnitsa. The main locations were examined. He asked about the equipment of the gym. The PMR President was informed that the equipment produced at the Dnepr plant had been purchased. Repair and construction work of the building, where it will be installed – in the process. The attendance of the sports complex has already noticeably increased, and with the commissioning of the gym, interest in the institution will grow even more, said the Head of the Rybnitsa administration Viktor Tyagay. Vadim Krasnoselsky urged not to delay implementation, gave a number of recommendations and current instructions.
Vadim Krasnoselsky visited the local infectious diseases hospital, concluding his visit to Rybnitsa district. He talked to the staff in a "clean" area, asked if everything they need was in the medical facility. The presence of oxygen was clarified. The station is functioning. There is a reserve of eight cylinders in case of emergency. The PMR President focused on the issue of nutrition, stressing that a full diet should be provided to both patients and hospital staff. He was interested in how things are with personnel. The President was told that the hospital does not have enough nurses. This problem became especially acute with the division of a medical facility into two sectors – a hospital and an infectious diseases hospital. Colleagues from Kamenka helped for some time, but with the opening of the coronavirus department there, the staff returned to Kamenka. The workload for one mid-level health worker in the Rybnitsa hospital is now 30 people. The hospital is full. There are practically no free beds left. Vadim Krasnoselsky discussed with the management of the hospital further steps in case the load on the hospital in the existing configuration turns out to be unbearable. Various working options for expanding the bed capacity were discussed. The interlocutors expressed hope that the incidence rate will decline, noting the importance of preventive measures, including the intensification of the vaccination campaign.
