Now this list of awards includes the anniversary year of 2024. CJSC "Moldavian GRES" was awarded the Order of Merit, 1st degree for its great contribution to the development of the energy industry of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic, ensuring uninterrupted supply of electric power and in connection with the 60th anniversary of the launch of the first power unit. The PMR President Vadim Krasnoselsky presented the award to the General Director of Moldavian Hydroelectric Power Plant Valentin Trubchanin today, emphasizing that the order is a recognition of the merits of everyone who contributed to the activities of the station. The ceremony took place during a ceremonial event organized in the assembly hall of Moldavian Hydroelectric Power Plant. The most distinguished employees of the station received state awards from the hands of the President. Addressing the management and employees of the enterprise, Vadim Krasnoselsky recalled that the active industrial growth of the region began precisely after the launch of the station. The PMR President emphasized the fact that the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic is one of the few in the post-Soviet space that has preserved and is developing the industrial heritage of the Soviet Union. This would be impossible without energy, Vadim Krasnoselsky is sure. He assured that the importance of the enterprise is not limited to the regional space. He spoke about the high professionalism of the team of the Dniester station, expressing gratitude for their work. The words of the president's gratitude were addressed to the management of PJSC Inter RAO, which MGRES became part of in 2005 (Inter RAO Unified Energy Systems of Russia).
