Vadim Krasnoselsky, being with the inspection in the Slobodzeya district, asked the head about how things are going with the reconstruction of rural cultural houses. To date, repair and construction work is underway in the recreation center of Vladimirovka and Ternovka. The President visited one of these construction sites.
The House of Culture of Vladimirovka is gradually being reborn. Built in 1957, the building, designed for four hundred visitors, was not heated. Two decades ago, it was recognized as an emergency. The object was in oblivion many years. A few years ago they gradually replaced the roof, strengthened the foundation and walls. Taking into account the relevance of the House of Culture, it was decided to expand it due to the modern extension. In 2019, more than a million rubles were allocated from the Capital Investment Fund. A similar amount was received under the program for the execution of voters' orders was spent on the arrangement of water and sewer systems. It is necessary to equip an autonomous gas boiler room, master the internal work, design and equip the hall. About one and a half million rubles are needed to carry out these works, the Head Vasily Tishchenko informed the President.
As for the village of Ternovka, this institution is in operation. It employs 72 people (8 club formations). The boiler room was built in 2018 at the expense of the municipal budget, Vasily Tishchenko said in response to questions from the President. In 2019, more than a million rubles were allocated from the Capital Investment Fund. Funds are mastered, but the object still retains the status of the rolling. In 2020, it is necessary to repair the facade, carry out electrical work, tidy up the hall and other workrooms. The amount requested by the local authorities for the commissioning of the facility is two million rubles.
Another object of the educational and cultural sphere that Vadim Krasnoselsky has visited for many times is the Children's Art School in Pervomaisk, where about two hundred young residents of Slobodzeya district learn the basics of art. The reason for this visit is the opening of the building of the choreographic department. In general, the Children's Art School conducts educational activities in three areas - musical, visual and choreographic art. Until now, the conditions for high-quality and comfortable conducting classes with young dancers have not been created. The idea of building an additional building has been around for a long time, but there was no financial opportunity to implement it. After a visit of Vadim Krasnoselsky to the school, it was decided to include the object in the capital investment fund program. In 2018 and 2019, 2.5 million rubles were allocated from the Capital Investment Fund. Today’s opening of the building of the choreography department, employees and pupils of the art school, are called an event not only of the village, but also of regional significance.
Vadim Krasnoselsky examined the premises of the new building. He asked whether the project was consistent with the staff of the institution, noting that the opinion of the employees in this case should be fundamental. The President was told that the spacious building was thought out to the smallest detail, all the features of choreographic art classes and the needs of students and teachers were taken into account. Particular attention was paid to modern equipment. A properly organized ventilation system, conditions for storing and arranging costumes, an orchestra class for practicing brass music, requiring special acoustics and soundproofing, as well as bathrooms, locker rooms, showers - all this is now in the school, as well as the gallery of achievements, which was earlier from Due to lack of space they could not afford. They also said during the study that in addition to organizing a specialized educational process, in the dance halls in the future is possible to conduct group classes in dancing, gymnastics, fitness for the adult population, and in other rooms - thematic meetings, conferences.
A festive event dedicated to the opening of the building of the choreography department was organized in one of the new halls. The Head of the region spoke about the importance of this institution, its relevance and the highest achievements of pupils and graduates of the May Day art school, who adequately represent Pridnestrovie at various international venues. Vasily Tishchenko expressed gratitude to the country's leadership for the attention paid to the Slobodzeya district as a whole, and culture in particular.
The President congratulated the staff and students of the school on housewarming, saying that he had once studied at a music school, but could not even dream about the conditions in which today's young artists study. Vadim Krasnoselsky said that introducing children to the world of art, involving them in sports, creating the conditions for doing science is a priority for the state. Healthy, active, enthusiastic youth is a potential, investing in the development of which will certainly bear fruit, Vadim Krasnoselsky is sure. The President expressed gratitude to everyone who was involved in the implementation of this project, noting that generating ideas is important, but their implementation is much more significant. He called the work done as team, and the result - general.
The event ended with a small concert. Pupils of the art school, as gratitude, demonstrated their creative achievements to the guests - they played several performances of different orientations.
