Heads of state administrations told the President about life of cities and regions of the republic, results of last week and plans for a new one. The meeting was held in the format of video conference. Vadim Krasnoselsky paid particular attention to the communal sphere, noting that not only comfort, but also the safety of people depends on its condition. The interlocutors mentioned the tragedy that happened at night in Perm: five guests of a mini-hotel located in the basement died due to a rupture of a hot water pipe. The PMR President drew attention to the fact that the highway was laid more than half a century ago. With such wear of the networks, the risk of gusts is very high. Considering that the communal infrastructure of the settlements of Pridnestrovie is also worn out, it is important to make every effort to upgrade it step by step, Vadim Krasnoselsky emphasized, noting that funds for these purposes are allocated from various sources and within various programs, including the Capital investment fund. A map of communal networks with the designation of the most problematic areas, locations requiring immediate intervention and sections, repair of which is not possible in the first place, should be constantly before the heads of state administrations, the President noted. It is impossible to repair everything at once, but it is necessary to move in this direction, Vadim Krasnoselsky aimed.
The President spoke about town and rural streets appearances. Often, the general impression is negatively affected by the condition of sidewalks and territories adjacent to institutions and objects of the sphere of trade and the provision of services. If we are talking about tile that was laid several years ago, it must be updated. The plus of the tile is that it can be done zonally, replacing individual elements or sections. The Heads are tasked with conducting an audit within their administrative units and overseeing the tidying up of sidewalks and sites in front of the buildings.
In the course of the conference call they discussed the progress of work on draft local budgets for 2020. As for 2019, the Heads of state administrations generate relevant reports, which will soon be brought to the attention of the President.
