The President held a meeting on the law-in-draft that provides for amendments to the law on higher and postgraduate professional education

The President invited representatives of the Government of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic, the profile committee of the Supreme Council and Pridnestrovian State University named after Taras Shevchenko to discuss the issue of amending the law of the PMR "On Higher and Postgraduate Professional Education". It was about the norms proposed for updating related to admission to the magistracy. The participants of the meeting disagreed about the change of specialty when entering the magistracy after receiving a bachelor's degree. Vadim Krasnoselsky considers that the principle of adjacency of directions should be preserved. The President of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic emphasized that this is required by common sense. The law should have clear details in order to avoid misunderstandings and discrepancies: it is necessary to prescribe acceptable combinations of areas and specialties of undergraduate and graduate programs, the PMR President noted.

Vadim Krasnoselsky instructed to finalize the law-in-draft.
