Vadim Krasnoselsky held a traditional for the beginning of the week, scheduled meeting with the Heads of State Administrations. Representatives of the Presidential Administration, the PMR Government and the PMR Supreme Council are invited to the working conversation. Improvement of legislation governing the sphere of mining of minerals in the territory of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic was among the issues that required collective discussion. The President has already raised the issue of the need to tighten licensing requirements and control in this sphere, emphasizing that the interests of the local population and the state should be a priority. The law has already been signed, which introduced additional charges for travel on the roads of the republic of vehicles not registered in the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic, the weight of which (with cargo) exceeds 18 tons. The next step will be the introduction of a legal requirement to prescribe logistics for the delivery of extracted natural resources in licensing documents and permits for the development of quarries. The President instructed to develop a draft of relevant standards. Another important aspect, the implementation of which requires legislative support, is the simplification of the procedure for providing town and district authorities with the opportunity to develop local quarries.
They talked at the meeting about specific objects, in particular about the villages of Speya and Bychok, in which using local roads for the export of minerals limitation on the tonnage of trucks (20 tons) was established based on the opinion of experts.
They also discussed issues related to the implementation of the Capital Investment Fund program. Vadim Krasnoselsky gave a number of instructions based on the results of inspection visits to the location. He noticed that the reports provided do not always reflect the real picture. He especially focused on the fact that savings due to the quality of work performance or an unjustified reduction in volume is unacceptable. He named the Dubossary polyclinic as an example. The declared cost reduction (in comparison with the planned ones) turned out to be due to the fact that it was decided not to perform part of the work. The President is categorically against this approach. The heads have been instructed to personally supervise the progress of work at each facility included in the Capital Investment Fund program. As for the clinic in Dubossary: a temporary fence should be installed near that part of the building that is in an emergency condition on behalf of the President, but for some unknown reason it was excluded from the renovation project. Vadim Krasnoselsky emphasized that the facility must be completely renovated.
