The President held a video conference

Vadim Krasnoselsky held a regular video conference with heads of state authorities and government agencies. The heads of city and district administrations briefed the President on the situation on the ground. They reported among other things on progress in landscaping. The work is underway everywhere, but not always on a sufficient scale to meet the current legislation, which requires two saplings to be planted for every tree removed. For example, more than fifty trees were removed in the fall, but only 40 were rooted in Kamenka District. The situation is slightly better in Tiraspol: 60 were planted while the same number of trees felled (50). The legal requirement was met in Grigoriopol: a ratio of 19 to 65. Residents of Slobodzeya planted 236 saplings and cut down 11 dead trees. It was recalled at the meeting that the greening program is planned for 2022-2027 and covers not only city streets and parks, but also other areas.

The results of the harvesting campaign were also discussed. It is almost complete across the republic, with the exception of three crops: corn, sorghum, and the second sunflower harvest. 65% of the corn has been harvested. Weather conditions require special preparation for storage, including high-quality drying. This work is being carried out. Confectionery sunflowers, sown second time after the green pea harvest, will likely not yield the expected harvest, again due to less than favorable weather conditions for this crop. The gross agricultural harvest in the republic currently exceeds 400000 tons. Domestic demand for wheat and forage crops is fully met. Export potential is also preserved. The sowing of winter crops is in its final stages, at 95%. Winter sowing is possible.

The Government Chairman Alexander Rosenberg announced data on the economic situation in Pridnestrovie for the first 10 months of 2025. Budget shortfalls are significant. Income tax revenues are down 92 million rubles from the planned target, personal income tax collections are down 33 million rubles, and individual entrepreneurs operating under the simplified tax system are down 5.9 million rubles. To ensure the timely and full payment of wages and pensions, funds from targeted budget funds were redirected to these items, totaling 340 million rubles. Nevertheless, development programs were not completely scaled back. Work under the Road Fund was financed at 140 million rubles out of the planned 164 million rubles, the Capital Investment Fund allocated 94 million rubles out of 134.5 million rubles, the land reclamation program received 44 million rubles out of 47.6 million rubles, and the Youth Support Fund received 4.3 million rubles out of the planned 4.7 million. State support for entrepreneurs was also maintained. 14.8 million rubles have been allocated from the budget for partial subsidies for preferential loans (the initial expectation was 18.5 million rubles), and 8.9 million rubles out of the planned 9.1 million rubles have been allocated for subsidies to milk producers. Share payments of 600 rubles are also being made.

The meeting participants discussed the need to establish a financial reserve to meet social obligations early next year.

Election-related issues were also discussed. Early voting is available starting today. Vadim Krasnoselsky emphasized that everyone should have the opportunity to participate in the elections, including those who cannot attend the polling station on Sunday for objective reasons.
