The President held a video conference

Heads of State Administrations reported in the course of the scheduled video conference held by the President on Mondays on the state of affairs in the municipal economy, the implementation of state and municipal programs, and presidential instructions at the local level.

Vadim Krasnoselsky asked the head of the capital about the general plan for the development of Tiraspol. This document will be discussed in detail in the near future in the course of the meeting with the President and adjustments will be made if necessary.

Among the questions addressed to the head of Bendery was the possibility of providing heat in the event of a gas shortage to the State Institution "Bendery Psychoneurological Boarding House". It will be problematic to transfer the wards of this social institution to another building, so measures are being taken to equip the existing building. It was decided to purchase a boiler. It was ordered abroad, since local suppliers offer options with insufficient capacity, Roman Ivanchenko informed. The readiness of other organizations for a possible energy crisis will be discussed at a large meeting scheduled by the President for Thursday. It was ordered to work out the issue of creating conditions for accommodating certain categories of citizens in the buildings of the Dnestrovskie Zori health and leisure complex by that time.

Vadim Krasnoselsky raised the issue of replacing the cable in some institutions. For example, the main one has become completely unusable the reserve one is used to supply electricity to the Mother and Child Center in Bendery, the condition of which also raises concerns. The initially provided estimate for the modernization assumed the allocation of one million rubles. It was about purchasing imported cable. The "Moldavkabel" local plant is ready to carry out the replacement, keeping within a third of this amount. The President emphasized the importance of import substitution.

The head of Slobodzeya state administration said that eight memorials and burial sites of participants in the Great Patriotic War were put in order in the district within the framework of the target program in the course of the year. Reconstruction of two more Sukleya objects is in the plans for next year. Vadim Krasnoselsky recalled the events of 2010, when the remains of three people were discovered and reburied during excavation work. The names of the dead were unknown and they were buried as unknown soldiers that time. Thanks to the research work carried out by members of "The Heirs of Victories" movement, the identities of the dead have been established. On the instructions of Vadim Krasnoselsky, nameplates will be installed at the reburial site.
