The heads of state authorities, administrations of cities and regions informed about the current state of affairs in the course of traditional for the working week beginning the video conference under the President. The Minister of Economic Development reported on the situation in the energy sector, describing it as regular and manageable. Hot water supply – around the clock. The temperature regime for the supply of heat energy is 63-65 degrees. Both residential buildings and organizations and working premises of enterprises are heated. Gas supply to the industry at most facilities is full-fledged. The Moldavian Metallurgical Plant and the Cement Plant of Rybnitsa are still an exception. The metallurgical plant is gradually increasing its production turnover. They expect to receive 16 tons of rolled stock products by the end of the month that corresponds to the planned figures. The cement plant is not so active: it is planned to use 30% of its production capacity this month.
The question was raised in the course of the meeting regarding the necessity of amending the legislation governing the maintenance of intra-house networks. It is necessary to bring the legal framework in line with the existing mechanism, which is recognized as functional.
Another topic of the working discussion is progress in the creation of the land cadastre. Software and hardware have been prepared during the outgoing year. Information on agricultural land was collected. There were difficulties with the collection of information about plot of land users in Tiraspol, Slobodzeya and Dubossary districts. It was instructed to provide data in the first quarter of next year. It is necessary in the same period to clearly define the boundaries of the settlements of the republic (there are some discrepancies in this part now).
The initiative to create a plant for the disposal of solid household waste was discussed. We are talking about pyrolysis equipment. Waste incineration plant is planned to be launched in Tiraspol. It will be assigned to the jurisdiction of the capital's special auto facilities, while they expect to serve not only the capital, but also settlements within a radius of 40-50 kilometers – Bendery, Slobodzeya, Grigoriopol and the villages of these regions. Estimated capacity is 10-15 tons per hour. Negotiations are already underway with equipment manufacturers. The complex is modular. Accessories are purchased depending on the selected project. Its development is planned for 2023, as well as preliminary construction work to prepare the site for a plant for the disposal of solid waste. It is proposed to allocate funds for this stage from the Ecological Fund. The years 2024-2025 are allotted directly for the creation and launch of the enterprise. Capital Investment Fund is the funding source. These are preliminary developments. The President supported the idea in general.
Among the presidential instructions is the solution of the issue of poor-quality work on laying paving slabs near the Ukrainian lyceum. The area was paved in 2019. There were probably irregularities in the procedure. The cover is deteriorating. There are negotiations with the contractor.
They spoke in the course of the meeting about putting the sidewalks in order in Parkany and Ternovka. We are talking about areas along the roadway. It will be necessary in the first case to lay 1739 squares of paving slabs, in the second – 1932 square meters.
New Year's Eve theme was discussed at the meeting. Vadim Krasnoselsky expressed his gratitude to everyone who was involved in organizing cultural events dedicated to the opening (lighting) of Christmas trees, noting the variety of programs prepared and the active participation of Pridnestrovians. A traditional competition among settlements for the best New Year's decoration will be held in Pridnestrovie. Legal entities that will creatively approach the design of their objects will also be noted.
