The President in the course of the video conference with the heads of state authorities and local government congratulated Rybnitsa schoolchildren on their victory in the “Young Patriot of Pridnestrovie” military-patriotic game, expressed gratitude to the teams, as well as the organizers of the rally, within which the competition was held. Vadim Krasnoselsky noted the high organizational level and paid special attention to the infrastructural conditions created by the administration of the Dniester Dawns healthcare complex, which hosted the participants of the rally, under the jurisdiction of the PMR Ministry of Defense. They talked during the working discussion about the readiness of children's camps for the start of the season. The Government Chairman informed that a list of requirements for each of the facilities was compiled in April. They are checking its implementation now. Control measures are expected to be completed by May 24. It is planned to accommodate in total 5.5 thousand children at four recreational and recreational sites (“Dniester Dawns”, “Victoria”, “Spartak”, Dubossary camp) during the summer. The budget provides for the allocation of more than three thousand health resort vouchers. The PMR President emphasized the demand for camps, their importance for organizing summer leisure for youth and improving the health of schoolchildren, aiming to ensure the comfort and safety of children.
The head of the republic's executive power announced the start of work on the draft budget 2025. The current stage is collecting information on the ground. Off-site meetings are planned. The first will take place this week.
Alexander Rosenberg, reporting on the implementation of presidential instructions, spoke about the results of checking the readiness for operation of generators purchased last year. Three of the dozen and a half were launched in February. Requests for commissioning were received for five units; no applications for permission to operate were received for seven new generators. Vadim Krasnoselsky focused on the need to speed up the process. The PMR President emphasized that the purchased equipment must be ready for use at any time.
Residents of Dubossary district remember today the defenders who died on May 20, 1992 in the area of the Dubossary Hydroelectric Power Plant dam. 13 people were killed during the fierce battles for the city. Memorial events are held annually this day in memory of the tragic events. The President emphasized their importance.
Heads of state administrations reported on progress in the implementation of development programs. Tiraspol is ready to open a sports ground in the area of the 8th school for Children's Day. A month is needed to complete the work at Municipal Correctional Educational Institution Number 2. The City Palace of Culture will have to repair the roof and carry out interior work this year. They are taking formal note of defect at the moment. The process is complicated by the lack of a building design. The condition of the object is determined almost by touch, said Oleg Dovgopol. Demolition of the old stands has begun at the city stadium. The new grounds, built at the end of last year, are equipped and ready to host professional teams and team sports enthusiasts. A visit schedule is already being formed. There are many applications from teams. The rent has been kept at the level of previous years – 120 rubles per hour. Vadim Krasnoselsky asked about plans for the commissioning of other stadium locations. According to the President, there is no need to postpone the equipment of the workout zone located next to the new fields.
The improvement and landscaping of public spaces was discussed in the course of the meeting. Vertical gardening was mentioned. The capital was the first in the republic to follow this path, and other settlements followed its example. Oleg Dovgopol noted that the flower beds are already filled with seasonal flowers in Tiraspol. An important aspect: the city did not spend budgetary funds on this part of the landscaping – the colorful flowers were provided free of charge by local entrepreneurs.
An important area is garbage collection. Significant resources are spent on combating illegal dumping. City services are moving from elimination practices to preventive measures. Camera traps are being installed in the capital, and they decided to use a quadrocopter in Bendery.
In other news, six deep-well pumps were replaced in Grigoriopol district. A roller skating rink is being built on the embankment for residents of Rybnitsa. Residents Kamenka organized a large Jewish festival. The opening of the sports season will take place at the stadium of Slobodzeya tomorrow. About 25 teams representing schools in the area will take part in the parade. Residents of Bendery decided to switch to local production of children's play complexes. Import from Ukraine is difficult. Residents of Tiraspol were warned about the planned partial blocking of traffic in the central square in early June: there will be replaced underground utility system.
