The President visited the village of Kremenchug

Attention has been drawn to about two dozen rural medical institutions in Pridnestrovie during the operation of the Capital Investment Fund program. This number includes the feldsher-obstetric center of Kremenchug. This year more than 175 thousand rubles were allocated for the repair of the building built in 1954 and equipping the first-aid post under the capital investment program. Today the reconstructed facility was visited by delegation headed by the President. Local residents gathered at the feldsher-obstetric station.

The feldsher-obstetric center of Kremenchug serves about a thousand people. The functionality of the medical institution is also associated with the provision of medical services to students of the local school and kindergarten students. Vadim Krasnoselsky talked with a paramedic. He asked about the feldsher-obstetric center load. The President was told that about two dozen patients visit the feldsher-obstetric station every day. An important component of the work is the patronage of pregnant women and newborns. The availability of refrigeration equipment allows for on-site vaccination procedures, including vaccination against coronavirus. They talked about the lack of pediatrician. People have to go to the city children's clinic. At the same time, there is also a shortage of personnel. It is problematic to get an appointment with a local militia officer for registration, residents of Kremenchug said. The Minister of Health was instructed to assign a pediatrician of the polyclinic service to Kremenchug.

They discussed various themes, in addition to the repair of the feldsher-obstetric center that was done recent years to improve the rural infrastructure. An artesian well was drilled in Kremenchug (320 thousand rubles were invested in improving the water supply system). A boiler room was built and the roof of the school's catering unit was repaired (the total cost of the work was 768 thousand rubles) with the help of the Capital Investment Fund. Work was carried out in the village to update the electricity supply system (about 300 thousand rubles were invested) in 2018. Work in this direction will continue. Reconstruction of several transmission lines is planned for 2022. The preliminary amount of upcoming expenses is 1.6 million rubles. They expect to start building new local treatment facilities in 2023. There is a need to continue repairing the roadway (the roads in Lenin and Gagarin streets have already been put in order, 320 thousand rubles have been spent).

A topical issue for the residents of Kremenchug is the state of the House of Culture (here it is called a Club). The building is just a couple of years younger than the building of the feldsher-obstetric center and also needs reconstruction. Vadim Krasnoselsky after inspecting the object instructed to prepare a project, making a work schedule in two stages. The first is replacement of the roof and windows, the restoration of the heating system, then – repair of the premises.
