The implementation of the capital investments state program is bringing new results. Both repaired and built objects of social infrastructure are put into operation. Increased attention was paid to educational institutions. School No. 5 in Tiraspol is among the educational institutions that started the academic year with infrastructure upgrades. The President visited it with inspection today. Vadim Krasnoselsky controlled the course of construction work literally from the zero stage to the commissioning of the facility. It's about the stadium. Considering that the school, which is currently attended by 984 students, is located in a residential area, it was decided to improve the sports and physical education sector right next to it. Three million rubles were allocated from the Capital Investment Fund-2022. These funds were used to build a football field, volleyball, combined basketball and football courts, equip a children's play area, to install workout equipment and tennis tables. Since the micro-district stadium is intended not only for conducting school physical education lessons, but also for introducing a healthy lifestyle and active leisure to local residents, benches were thought out, attention was paid to lighting, and the foundations of landscaping were laid. The PMR President was pleased with the results of the work done. Vadim Krasnoselsky spoke about the fact that new locations should be actively used and at the same time require care and preservation. The President recommended that the schoolchildren themselves be involved in this, assigning responsibility for individual sections to specific classes.
The PMR President noted the improvement of the school yard. One million rubles were allocated for these purposes. The territory adjacent to the educational institution was previously covered with obsolete slabs. This spring they were replaced with modern paving slabs. On the site, which is used by trucks, preference was given to concreting. Headmaster Zhanna Dyatko said that the narrow and unsafe staircase leading to the playground in front of the school was dismantled at the request of teachers and parents. Answering the President's question about what else needs to be done, the Head of the educational institution said that the school staff hopes to repair the facade of the building and put in order a small area that has so far been left without attention. This site is planned to be landscaped and equipped for basic military training.
The participants of the inspection trip and citywide plans were discussed. The Head of the capital's state administration Oleg Dovgopol said that work to upgrade the city's school infrastructure will continue. Next year, the site in the area of the Pridnestrovian College of Technology and Management and the territory of school number 8 in Kirovsky district will have to be put in order. The plans for 2024 include School No. 10 and the Muticipal General Educational Institution “Tiraspol General Theoretical Lyceum of Tiraspol”. It is expected in 2025 that the queue will reach the 7th and 12th schools of the capital. According to Oleg Dovgopol, the improvement process went faster and more efficiently. The most difficult was the construction of a stadium near the Tiraspol gymnasium. It was the first such object. Now there is experience, developments, contacts have been established with well-established construction and contracting organizations and suppliers, materials and technologies have been tested.
