Vadim Krasnoselsky, accompanied by the Head of the Slobodzeya Administration Vasily Tishchenko and other officials, visited the urban-type settlement Pervomaisk. The purpose of the visit is to check the fulfillment of presidential orders related to the improvement of the social infrastructure of the settlement. One of the facilities is a medical outpatient clinic. This subdivision of Dnestrovsk city hospital is located in the so-called upper part of Pervomaisk, built up with single-storey buildings. The medical facility serves a significant number of local residents. The building was in need of renovation. One and a half million rubles funds were allocated under the capital investment program. They talked today about the 40th anniversary of the May Day outpatient clinic this year. The renovation was called an anniversary gift. The building was put in order both inside and outside. The facade was renewed, doors, plumbing, electrical equipment, heating system were replaced, premises were repaired. The outpatient clinic has a physiotherapy room and a laboratory. There is a pediatrician, but not on an ongoing basis, he is from the Dniester hospital, Vadim Krasnoselsky was told. They said that there was hope for an increase in the number of medical staff with the creation of new conditions for work as well as thanks to the measures taken by the state to retain young specialists.
Several months ago, residents of the village turned to the PMR President with a request to expand the local network of medical institutions, telling about the difficulties faced by citizens living in the "lower" part of Pervomaisk. It was decided after consultations with specialists, taking into account the opinion of citizens to place a feldsher-obstetric center on the first floor of a local hostel. Renovation work was carried out there. It took about half a million rubles. Today the reconstructed and equipped facility has been commissioned. The feldsher-obstetric center is a structural subdivision of a medical outpatient clinic. The feldsher-obstetric center will provide medical assistance to 1800 people. Healthcare has become more accessible for 4.5 thousand residents of Pervomaisk in general, taking into account two facilities. The President, who visited both first-aid posts today, considered the fact that the team – a dozen medical workers, including a therapist, dentist, nurses, nurses – work in comfortable conditions, which will undoubtedly affect the quality of medical services, also important.
Another request of Pridnestrovians living in the urban-type settlement Pervomaisk is the creation of a park. There was no well-equipped leisure area. Local residents spend now their free time in a modern park of culture and recreation without leaving Pervomaisk. 2.8 million rubles were allocated from the Capital Investment Fund 2021 for its creation. Sidewalks have been paved, small architectural forms have been installed, landscaping is being carried out. The entertainment sector is equipped with a children's play area, a field with artificial grass and a playground for playing sports in the health and fitness sector, specialized rubberized coating was chosen. The park was laid out in a residential neighborhood of the settlement, where elevator service was returned in high-rise buildings, on the instructions of the President at the beginning of this year. The launch of a boiler house has become an important recent achievement for the local population. The expansion of the infrastructure of the local art school was mentioned with gratitude among the large-scale and significant projects. The improvement of the village continues. There are new developments and plans.
