The President discussed with the Head of Pervomaisk administration the issue of building a village church

Vadim Krasnoselsky held a working meeting with the Head of the urban-type settlement of Pervomaisk administration Ivan Kirka. They discussed issues of the settlement life, implemented and planned infrastructure projects. They talked about the further development of the new park in Pervomaisk. The interlocutors agreed that the object should be versatile. They talked about the advantages of an integrated approach to creating leisure locations. The President emphasized that opinion of local residents should be paramount when making decisions by the leadership of the settlement as before.

They talked about the request of citizens for the construction of a church of the settlement. This request was addressed to the PMR President by residents of Pervomaisk during recent collective meetings. Ivan Kirka noted that this issue had been raised before. They even looked for a place for the construction of a church in 2010, but the matter did not go further. It was decided today during the workshop to return to this topic. The President considers it possible to start construction as early as 2022. The future temple will be named after Archangel Michael. According to Vadim Krasnoselsky, the church is an important component of spiritual, cultural, educational activities. The President sees it as expedient to include the temple in the park complex. There are design developments.
