The President addressed the organizers, participants, and guests of the technology forum with a welcoming address

The discussion and educational part of the large-scale tech forum was opened by the PMR President Vadim Krasnoselsky. Addressing the organizers, participants, and guests of the IT conference, the President called it an interesting platform. He explained that he had always been interested in technology and even received his first education in this field. The President noted that what we call artificial intelligence has long been an integral part of society. "What seemed simply impossible or unlikely 10, 15, or 20 years ago is now becoming commonplace. Children have the entire world in their hands. This world can influence both children and adults, both security and information. The world is structured in such a way that there is good and evil. If good does not take advantage of these achievements, evil will. Then, good will lose in the competition". Therefore, of course, this forum is aimed at good, at using digital technologies and artificial intelligence for good, for security, and for improving governance. It's hard to imagine the modern Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Emergency Situations Department, the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Education, and other government agencies without modern technology today. Modern technologies reduce workloads and bureaucracy, and ultimately improve the lives of both society and individuals within that society, as well as the state as a whole", emphasized Vadim Krasnoselsky. The country's leader emphasized that in the relationship between technology and humans, the dominant role belongs to the person who creates and manages them.

As a noteworthy example, the President  cited the collective intelligence that controls a community of ants. Vadim Krasnoselsky called these insects a kind of biorobot, noting that their fundamental difference from humans is their lack of emotion. Speaking about advances in technological development in Pridnestrovie, Vadim Krasnoselsky noted that much is being done in the areas of IT, security, and creating comfortable living conditions. The President noted the need to introduce new specialties into the curricula of Pridnestrovian universities. This requires faculty of the appropriate level, the President emphasized. He noted that such specialists exist, including among the participants of the ТЕХНОБЭК-2026 forum.
