There were two stages, two groups, two venues. 13 teams competing in 13 events. This is the sports and athletic meeting among government employees of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic. The event was dedicated to the 81st anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War and the 35th anniversary of the Armed Forces of the PMR. The Ministry of Defense was the organizer. Participants were representatives of state administrations and their subordinate municipal institutions (Group A) and military personnel from law enforcement agencies (Group B). Six teams of 10 people competed for victory on mini-football fields in Tiraspol in the first part. The second part took place in Mereneshty, at the "Dnestrovski Zori" health complex. Approximately five hundred people competed there. Seven civilian teams competed in darts and shooting competitions, pull-ups, jump rope, checkers, volleyball, and table tennis. Six military teams competed in a paramilitary relay race, darts, arm wrestling, tug-of-war, pull-ups, tennis, jump rope, checkers, grenade throwing, and the Russian bench press.
The teams that placed second and third in individual events were awarded diplomas, and the top finishers in each discipline received trophies in addition to diplomas. The overall team standings were determined. the bronze went to Rybnitsa among the civilian agencies, the silver went to Kamenka, and the gold medal went to the capital. Regarding the security agencies, the third-degree cup (for third place) was awarded to the Ministry of Internal Affairs officers, the second-degree cup (for second place) to the State Security Service, and the Ministry of Defense of the PMR won the first-degree cup of the Spartakiad among employees of state authorities of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic.
The winners of the competition were awarded by the PMR President, Vadim Krasnoselsky.
The PMR President addressed the sports and athletic meeting participants: "It was emotional and interesting. Everyone fought hard. By participating, you overcome yourself, your laziness, your problems; you go, train, compete, and achieve results". Vadim Krasnoselsky singled out the residents of Kamenka: "Kamenka. It's a small administration. They took second place in the team competition. I admit, I used to criticize Kamenka for not having won any medals before. The guys distinguished themselves yesterday – they won the Leather Ball tournament. Today, the administration of Kamenka took second place. This is already systematic". It shows that people systematically work, relax, and play sports".
The President recommended as a role model Slobodzeya Mayor Vasyl Tyshchenko: "I won't talk about his age; may God grant us all to lead as active a lifestyle as the head of Slobodzeya District Administration, good example in all things".
Vadim Krasnoselsky shared his impressions of the uncompromising competition between the law enforcement teams.
Vadim Krasnoselsky expressed gratitude to everyone involved in organizing and hosting yesterday's and today's sports competitions. He especially noted the venue for the sports and athletic meeting, emphasizing the efforts of the Ministry of Defense, which is overseeing the development of "Dnestrovski Zori" complex.
