1. To continue in the sphere of social and labor relations the work to provide state support to young families in purchasing housing by expanding the categories of recipients of state subsidies. 2. To continue working in the sphere of social protection of citizens:
a) to improve and develop forms of social services for citizens, including by organizing the provision of long-term care for elderly citizens and disabled people, regulatory regulation of social services in a stationary and semi-stationary form for disabled people since childhood with psychoneurological developmental disorders and other socially vulnerable categories citizens;
b) to ensure equal access of persons with disabilities to facilities and services in priority areas of their life.
3. To take measures in the sphere of pension provision for citizens, aimed at:
a) increasing the material well-being of pensioners (increasing the minimum amount of old-age pension and the minimum amount of pension for calculating allowances and increases);
b) ensuring timely payment of pensions, benefits, compensation and other payments.
4. To continue work in the sphere of protecting family rights, guardianship and trusteeship, aimed at:
a) preservation of traditional family values, strengthening the institution of marriage and the foundations of the family within the framework of the implementation of the Concept of the State Family Policy of the PMR for 2021 – 2026 and events dedicated to the Year of Family and Family Values;
b) creating conditions for the effective socialization of orphans in boarding institutions;
c) increasing the level of well-being of orphans and children without parental care, and persons from among them by increasing the amount of certain types of benefits paid in accordance with the current legislation of the PMR.
I set this task for PSU together with the Pridnestrovian State University to create conditions for specialists of Pridnestrovian State University to arrive at closed institutions and conduct conversations with students in graduating classes 9th, 10th, 11th with the aim of their further socialization and training in secondary specialized and higher educational institutions. 5. Execute the Capital Investment Fund and implement:
- major renovation of the Glinoie special correctional boarding school for orphans and children left without parental care, type VIII, Parkany secondary boarding school, Bendery orphanage for orphans and children left without parental care, Bendery psychoneurological home – boarding school;
- reconstruction of the rural medical outpatient clinic in the village of Doibany to accommodate a single complex for living single elderly citizens;
- construction of an extension to the building of the Tiraspol psychoneurological boarding house (including design work);
- ventilation equipment for the catering unit of the Bendery special (correctional) general education boarding school of types III, IV, VII.
6. To develop together with the Ministry of Economic Development of the PMR the design and estimate documentation for the phased reconstruction and repair of the former school building in the village. To house a mixed-type Republican center for adult citizens with special needs in Sukleya. The reconstruction and repair of the building will be included in the Capital Investment Fund project for 2025.
