1. To improve the State Register of Legal Entities in terms of ensuring open access to general information about each legal entity and ensuring the security of personal data of participants of legal entities.
2. To create “Unified Register of Debtors” in order to implement the tasks of forced execution of executive documents implemented by the State Service of Bailiffs of the Ministry of Justice of the PMR. It is high time. It will be convenient for you to work.
3. The State Penitentiary Service of the Ministry of Justice of the PMR, together with the state administrations of cities and districts of the PMR, take coordinated measures to create conditions for increasing the number of people employed by persons sentenced to imprisonment in the field of improvement of populated areas.
We are talking not only about landscaping. You can use landscapers, carpenters, and welders from those people who are deprived of liberty for one reason or another, but who can realize themselves, who have received additional education there. This will be an incentive for them to prove themselves, to work for the benefit of society and receive a salary. I will say this: the people in prisons are different. There are those who should not be taken outside, those who should be isolated from society. There are citizens who can prove themselves in work. We need to create the appropriate conditions for this. That's what I'm aiming for.
4. To implement the Capital Investment Fund at the facilities of the State Penitentiary Service of the Ministry of Justice of the PMR in terms of:
- construction of sewerage, treatment facilities (including design work and geodetic surveys), construction of a football and volleyball field (including design work) as part of the reconstruction of Penal Institution No. 1 (Glinoie village, Grigoriopol district);
- major repairs of the facade and partial repairs of the roof of the building of the penal colony-settlement for men, Penitentiary Penitentiary No. 3 (Tiraspol).
