1. In order to create the most favorable conditions for the implementation of foreign economic activity for economic agents of the PMR and citizens, as well as liberalize legislation in the field of foreign economic activity, to implement:
- development of a regulatory legal framework for creating a customs inspection act in the form of an electronic document with the possibility of signing it with an electronic digital signature of a person;
- completion of the process of transition to electronic declaration of individual entrepreneurs;
- improving the system of automatic registration of customs declarations and automatic release of goods;
- streamlining and improving the provisions on the application of special customs procedures;
- streamlining and simplifying the procedure for moving goods for personal use across the customs border of the PMR. If the product is for personal use, people should not have problems. This mechanism needs to be simplified as much as possible.
2. Take measures to improve the efficiency of the system of checkpoints across the State Border of the PMR, including by improving the customs infrastructure. This is the task of the State Customs Committee, the Ministry of State Security, and the heads of state administrations.
3. To continue to optimize customs duties in the export-import tariff for 2024 and 2025 in order to support the competitiveness of domestic producers.
4. To implement measures to improve the efficiency of identifying and suppressing offenses and crimes in the customs sector, including corruption in customs authorities.
5. To implement the Capital Investment Fund for 2024 in terms of carrying out work at the customs checkpoint “Bendery (Caushany)” and the customs checkpoint “Vadul-lui-Voda”.
