2 To verify compliance with legal requirements within the framework of interaction between tax and law enforcement authorities when exchanging information about identified violations of tax legislation.
3 To check compliance with the requirements of the law “On Appeals of Citizens, Legal Entities, and Public Associations” by state authorities and management bodies, as well as local government bodies. I have repeatedly said this: if an application is addressed to a specific official, be it the President, the Chairman of the Government of the PMR or the Supreme Council, deputies of the Supreme Council, deputies of the local Council, heads of government and administrative bodies, it is this person who considers and puts forward a resolution. Of course, citizens’ appeals can be sent to the authorities, but whoever is addressed is the one who considers it. This is the law, and it should be clear to everyone.
4 To check compliance with the requirements of current legislation when calculating, collecting and spending fees from citizens for the improvement of the territory of a city, village, town.
5 The Supreme Court of the PMR, the Prosecutor's Office of the PMR, the Ministry of Justice of the PMR to take measures to comply with Art. 6-7 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the PMR on a reasonable period of criminal proceedings, including by intensifying the conduct of mobile court hearings by courts in the conditions of the State Penitentiary Service of the Ministry of Justice of the PMR.
6 To monitor reasonable deadlines for legal proceedings. This applies not only to the Investigative Committee, this applies to the courts. Monitor compliance with the deadlines for the preliminary investigation.
To prepare materials for boards, study thoroughly the performance indicators of law enforcement agencies in addition. All this will be the subject of the board in more detail.
