It was noted in the course of the discussion that began in the meeting room of the Tiraspol administration and continued within the framework of the presidential inspection of urban facilities, that over the years of the capital investment program, attention has been paid to twelve medical institutions located on the territory of Tiraspol, nineteen general educational institutions and fifteen preschool institutions. The funds were allocated for the repair, construction and equipment of schools, technical schools, art schools and sports institutions. The program included eight correctional institutions, two cultural institutions, and one additional education. Playgrounds were built and recreational park areas were improved. The bridge over the Dniester was reconstructed. Due to the construction of new trolleybus routes, the network of urban electric transport has been expanded. For several years, 312 million rubles have been invested in the development of the capital's infrastructure through the Capital Investment Fund.
Among the objects financed from the Capital Investment Fund-2021 is the Municipal Special Correctional Educational Institution No.2. It is being reconstructed and expanded in stages. Vadim Krasnoselsky is not the first time visiting the institution. A new building was built for the Municipal Special Correctional Educational Institution on his behalf. The work was carried out for two years. It was built according to the state capital investment program. Approximately 11 million rubles were invested. The facility was commissioned in 2019. Vadim Krasnoselsky took part in the opening ceremony of the completed and fully equipped building. It was decided at the same time to continue the infrastructure improvement of the institution. The old building is being put in order, the adjacent territory is being landscaped. 2.8 million were allocated from the Capital Investment Fund in 2020, the limit of 2021 is 3 million rubles. The roof and facade are being updated, outdoor lighting is installed, fencing and shady canopies are thought out for comfortable walks for children, including not only schoolchildren, but also preschoolers. The President was informed that the planned work was completed by 75%. The two buildings were connected by a passage for the convenience of the pupils and the team. The presence of an elevator car is important. The ventilation and air conditioning system of the premises has been thought over. A catering unit was equipped - a dining room, a kitchen, storage rooms. Bedrooms were furnished and provided with specialized inventory. The exercise rooms are equipped with custom Gross system equipment. The territory adjacent to the institution is being improved. The approach to the game complex is equipped with ramps. A garage for specialized vehicles is being built. The President drew attention to the need for maximum landscaping of the site. The bulk of the planned work should be completed by early September. Financially capacious project of the capital – is overhaul of kindergarten number 23 "Ryabinushka". Its estimated cost is about nine million rubles. The facility must be commissioned by the end of the summer, the President recalled during the inspection visit. General construction and finishing works are being actively carried out, the roof is being repaired, the internal engineering networks are being changed (it was necessary to replace the power supply, water supply, heat supply, and sewer systems). It turned out during the reconstruction process that the condition of the building, which is 63 years old is even more deplorable than it was initially assumed. The President was told that even the load-bearing walls turned out to be unserviceable. The gallery uniting the buildings, which was originally planned to be "refreshed", must be rebuilt in fact. The issue of furnishing and equipment remains open. The source of funding for this article has not yet been determined, but the President insists on the inadmissibility of returning old furniture and equipment to the reconstructed and repaired premises. The payroll of Ryabinushka is currently 170 people, but the number of pupils will increase after its renewal, Vadim Krasnoselsky expressed confidence. The design capacity can accommodate 220 children.
A large infrastructure project this year is Pridnestrovian State University. Putting in order the buildings and the territory of the country's main university is the initiative of the President. Vadim Krasnoselsky noted today in the course of the meeting with residents of Tiraspol that an educational institution of this level should correspond to its status. The President made a promise to the students and the staff to transform the Pridnestrovian State University during the solemn event dedicated to the 90th anniversary of Pridnestrovian State University named after T.G. Shevchenko. The project is in full swing. Vadim Krasnoselsky went to the place, talked with the contractors. They said that the work is done in any weather, although the rain is undeniably difficult and slowing down the process. Some aspects related to landscaping, as well as the placement of small architectural forms around the outer perimeter of the educational institution were discussed. The PMR President was presented with a design option for the main entrance to the university. They discussed design developments for the improvement of the student campus. The presidential inspection affected the premises of the hostels. There is a renovation of bathrooms, laundries, showers, catering facilities. The PMR President was satisfied in generally, but recalled that the scale of the work was great, and the deadlines were tight. The Pridnestrovian State University is an active educational institution, the educational process cannot be suspended, therefore the progress of work must be maximally adapted both for the educational cycle and for the weather and climatic seasonality, the President emphasized.
Tiraspol school number 18 is preparing not only for the beginning of the school year, but also for a new sports and physical culture reality. The stadium located on the territory adjacent to the educational institution is being reconstructed under the Capital Investment Fund program. 2.7 million rubles were allocated for the implementation of the first stage of the large-scale project. A football field is being built. Initially, it was planned to be small, but the Football Federation recommends increasing the area, which will allow holding competitions here in the future the Head of the Tiraspol administration Oleg Dovgopol told the President. Expansion is possible at the expense of the territory allocated according to the original project for the workout zone. They do not refuse this physical culture location: they are thinking over another place for placement. The plans include the improvement of a universal playground for playing sports (basketball, volleyball), running tracks, a sector of board games (tennis, chess, checkers). A children's play sector and a recreational area with gazebos will appear near the school. Now the stage of earthworks is underway. The stadium is expected to be built by September. The project as a whole will take about three years to complete.
