Heads of state administrations heading city and district headquarters informed in the course of the meeting of the All-Republican Operational Headquarters about the state of affairs on the ground, reported on the functioning of life-support mechanisms, the work of local organizations, and voiced problematic aspects. They talked among other things about kindergartens. The number of places created at the request of citizens is not in demand in practice. For example, the institutions are only half full in Tiraspol. A similar situation is in most populated areas. At the same time, there is a need for night kindergarten groups in the current reality: some manufacturing enterprises switch to night mode during the energy crisis, and it will be necessary to ensure that employees' children stay during this period. They discussed the feasibility of providing preschool (and other) institutions with solid fuel boilers in the future. Bendery and Kamenka have already ordered some. So far, several units. Deliveries from abroad are expected in the near future. The head of Slobodzeya district at the meeting raised the issue of the lack of gas supply for cooking in 26 apartment buildings in Sukleya. The reason is technical. They are looking for solutions.
Kristina Albul reported on the functioning of the healthcare system. 1490 Pridnestrovians are currently undergoing inpatient treatment. In addition, 89 hospital beds are occupied by patients diagnosed with tuberculosis and 179 by citizens with psychoneurological diseases. More than five thousand people visited polyclinics, feldsher obstetric stations, rural medical outpatient clinics yesterday, 485 used the services of dentists, about four hundred visits per day were registered at the Tiramed clinic. The ambulance service responded to 414 calls per day. Important: medical care is provided on the instructions of the President to citizens without reference to registration. The Minister reported that the medical commissions resumed their work the day before.
The head of the Ministry of Social Protection and Labor Elena Kulichenko reported that 1198 citizens are in 13 social institutions of the republic around the clock. Food is provided. The temperature in the bedrooms is maintained at 19-20 degrees, in the children's playrooms it is cooler – sometimes around 16 degrees (the rooms cool down during the period of rolling blackouts). But in general, the situation is under control, the conditions are comfortable. They are waiting for the delivery of a boiler for the psychoneurological boarding school in Bendery. According to the latest information, the purchased equipment is at the Kushany customs checkpoint. Its installation and launch will allow the wards to return to the walls of the institution (now most of them are in the city hospital). The President was informed about the provision of heat to the institutions of the state penitentiary service.
