Discussion of Operational Matters

The issue of vacant property with no legal heirs was among the topics addressed in the course of video conference between the President and the heads of state authorities and administrative bodies. The head of Bendery administration Roman Ivanchenko reported that 59 properties in the city have been officially classified as such since 2021. Half of these have already been allocated: three units were provided to orphans, seven to combat veterans, 14 to individuals on housing waiting lists, and four as service housing. Two dormitory apartments and one private house are currently vacant and ready to be transferred to new residents, while work is ongoing regarding the remaining properties. It was noted, that efforts to fulfill the President’s directive to intensify work in this area have revealed certain legal ambiguities. Vadim Krasnoselsky urged representatives of the Supreme Council to examine these issues and introduce the necessary legislative adjustments.

The participants discussed agriculture. The deputy head of Slobodzeya district administration reported that the harvesting of vegetables and corn is currently underway in the district. 16000 hectares have been sown with rapeseed and wheat, and 40000 hectares have been prepared for the 2027 harvest. 95% of the sunflower crop covering 7549 hectares with a yield of 21.3 centners per hectare has been harvested in Kamenka district along with 5% of the area planted with corn.

The head of Grigoriopol district highlighted an urgent need for the grading of gravel roads following recent rains, specifically citing the Karmanovo-Kolosovo, Vinogradnoye-Chernitsa, and Malaye-Krasnogorka routes, as well as the village of Krasnoye.
