The mechanism for crossing the border by citizens vaccinated against coronavirus was discussed in the course of the meeting of the Operational Headquarters under the President. It was decided earlier that residents of the republic will be able to leave the republic and enter the country without obtaining permits corresponding to quarantine circumstances within a year after full course of vaccination completing on the territory of the PMR. They talked about the expediency of extending this permissive norm to citizens vaccinated in Russia. In addition, the PMR Ministry of Foreign Affairs was instructed to work out the issue of recognizing the Pridnestrovian COVID vaccinations Certificates by other countries.
Another aspect that required discussion is the facts of identification and seizure of fake certificates on PCR testing, issued by one of the private clinics in Moldova. It turned out that the cost of such a forged document was 50 conventional units. Another case is the import into Pridnestrovie of unfilled certificates of a negative result of PCR study, which bear the stamps of two Moscow medical institutions. Investigation is underway. Vadim Krasnoselsky instructed the PMR Ministry of Foreign Affairs to inform Russian colleagues about the incident.
