The President requested information from Grigoriopol district administration about the most pressing issues that require urgent resolution. The speakers highlighted among these the poor condition of heating systems in a number of institutions. For example, a boiler room equipped with four 1 MW boilers heats the school, kindergarten, community center, and village administration buildings in the village of Teya. The problem is that the equipment is outdated and completely worn out. A specially created commission visited the site at the end of the last heating season. The verdict following the technical meeting was disappointing: the autonomous gas boiler room, with its current equipment, is unfit for further operation. The boilers and associated equipment must be replaced by the 2026-2027 heating season. The cost is approximately three million rubles. The heating system in the three buildings of Grigoriopol School No. 2, which houses the Lyceum named after Stoev, is seriously deteriorating. This facility was included in the capital investment program, but the project cannot currently be implemented using the money from the fund due to the forced sequestration of the Capital Investment Fund. Reconstruction work on the Grigoriopol Polyclinic continues this year through the Capital Investment Fund. As for School No. 2, the current plan is to complete the previously begun construction on the school's administrative and facilities complex using local budget funds. The issue of upgrading the heating system remains unresolved.
