During the 11-day New Year's holidays, 1970 people were admitted. 1208 were discharged after completing their treatment. Currently, 1783 Pridnestrovians are hospitalized. 9906 citizens sought outpatient care. 75 people visited a skin and venereal disease clinic during the reporting period. More than 1000 citizens received dental services. Pridnestrovians have called the emergency medical service 4942 times this year. Ten citizens have been sent abroad for treatment (patients with acute coronary syndrome). Medical facilities are fully stocked with essential supplies. A stockpile of medications has been accumulated. The head of the department mentioned emergency situations at medical infrastructure facilities in her report. A power line break occurred at the Grigoriopol outpatient clinic on January 2, and at the Dnestrovsk city hospital on January 10. Both breaks were quickly resolved.
Minister of Social Protection and Labor Elena Kulichenko reported that 1177 people are currently being treated in 12 institutions under her jurisdiction with 24-hour patient care. There were no emergency situations. A comprehensive program was planned for these residents during the school holidays.
Pensions, humanitarian aid, and charitable financial assistance have been paid in full.
