Vadim Krasnoselsky, leader of "The Heirs of Victories" movement, congratulated the organization on its anniversary

A gala meeting commemorating the 10th anniversary of "The Heirs of Victories" youth military-patriotic movement was held in the Small Hall of the Palace of the Republic. The PMR President Vadim Krasnoselsky participated in the event.

The organizers produced a film about the movement's founding and activities. Igor Buga, Chairman of the organization and Supreme Council Deputy, delivered a welcoming speech. He recalled that the first meeting took place on April 4, 2016, in Parkany, and the next one took place in 2018 in Stroentsy, Rybnitsa District. The PMR President Vadim Krasnoselsky, who attended the meeting in Rybnitsa, supported the idea of creating the movement and subsequently became its leader. Igor Buga emphasized that participation in the movement is entirely voluntary. Furthermore, members of the organization are ready to carry out a wide range of tasks. Igor Buga expressed gratitude to the leadership and personnel of the PMR Ministry of Defense, the OGRV, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and the capital's state administration for their assistance, and to the movement's participants for their civic engagement and love for their homeland.

Activists presented information and reports during the ceremonial meeting. They described various areas of activity – sporting events, festivals, military-historical reenactments, volunteer projects, and the work of search teams.

The PMR President Vadim Krasnoselsky praised the achievements of "The Heirs of Victories". The President summed up the movement's fundamental essence in one word: unindifference. This concept encompasses patriotism, love for the Fatherland, and love for one's neighbor, Vadim Krasnoselsky emphasized. He spoke of the Heirs of Victories preserving history and writing it. The President emphasized that even a decade ago, concerns were voiced about the risks of rewriting history, while now we must acknowledge the facts. An example is the Romanian history textbooks used to teach Moldovan high school students. They completely distort the truth about the Great Patriotic War, and this is already state policy. The President emphasized that "The Heirs of Victories" movement has occupied an important niche in the Pridnestrovian educational system and more generally in the preservation, strengthening, and development of Pridnestrovian statehood.

"The Heirs of Victories have united caring people around themselves. I am convinced that your movement will only grow and expand. We understand in these difficult times, in an era of wars and tragedies unfolding around us, that salvation lies only in our hands and in our caring. Only then will we survive. Studying history, you see for yourself how different the conditions of the people have been. It has never been easy. People have been shot, killed, there have been wars, occupations, mass repressions, and so on, but the people survived. And with such a history, we simply have no right to do anything other than fight for our independence – the independence of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic", the President stated.

Vadim Krasnoselsky presented the movement's most distinguished participants with state awards – orders, medals, "For Services to Society" badges, certificates, and letters of gratitude from the President. Vadim Krasnoselsky himself was awarded "The Heirs of Victories" youth patriotic movement's badge on the occasion of the organization's 10th anniversary.
